# Quick reply

Quick reply allows you to create automated message & send it automatically as the first message when it detects the *exact* trigger message. For example, when someone types "Hi" to initiate conversation with you, the system will automatically send out the preset answer. 

You can use this function to preset Greeting message. For example:

* Greeting message
  * "*Hi. Welcome to ABC company. How can I help you today?*"
