# Creating Message Snippets

Save a reusable text snippet to insert into any conversation.

### Steps:

1\.       Go to **Settings** > **Snippets**

2\.       Select **Add**

3\.       Insert snippet **Title** & write down the **Message**

4\.       Select **Active/Inactive** status

5\.       Select **Submit**
