# Welcome to oChats.io

## Overview

oChats.io is an omnichannel chat system which allows you to manage all of your business communication channels from various platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger and more in 1 platform. It allows you to perform a 2-communication with your prospects/customers.

Moreover, it provides a clearer omnichannel analytic so that you know the sales comes from which channel. In summary, it is an omnichannel chat & analytic system.
