Why I cannot send out WhatsApp messages?
If you are not able to send out WhatsApp messages, most probably is due to WhatsApp has locked the conversation and waiting for user/recipient to initiate the conversation first.
If business owner wants to initiate the conversation first, business owner needs to create and submit WhatsApp template first.
