# How to open CRM pop out widget?

Open the CRM pop-out widget to view contact details while chatting.

### Steps:

1. Go to **Message**
2. Click on the contact you want to access the CRM widget
3. Click on the name of the contact on the top of chat box

4. You will see a box pops out on your right-hand side
5. Once you insert whatever information you want to insert, it will auto saved & update the information to your contact list
