# Tickets

### 📋 Step 1: Managing Tickets in One Location

Our primary ticket dashboard utilizes a flexible, Kanban-style drag-and-drop interface designed for visual clarity and speed.

1. Navigate to the Tickets module from your main left-hand sidebar menu.
2. Review your open issues spread across custom status columns (e.g., *Open*, *In Progress*, *Pending*, *Resolved*).
3. To update a ticket's status, simply click and drag the ticket card from its current column and drop it into the new status column.
4. Use the top filters to quickly sort your pipeline by priority level, assignee, or creation date.

### 💬 Step 2: Creating a Ticket Directly from a Chat

You do not need to leave a customer conversation to log a support ticket. You can create a ticket seamlessly while actively messaging a client.

1. Go to the Messages module and open the active customer conversation.
2. Look at the right-side information panel and click the "Create Ticket" button shortcut.
3. A ticket creation pop-up window will appear right over your chat interface.
4. Fill in the Ticket Details:
   * Ticket Title: Enter a clear, descriptive name for the issue.
   * Assignee: Select the specific agent or support team member responsible for handling the case.
   * Priority: Set the urgency level so your team knows what to tackle first.
5. Click Save / Create.

> 💡 Automated Context: The system automatically links the newly created ticket to the customer's profile, keeping their chat history and support logs perfectly synced without any manual copying and pasting.
