The primary purpose of defining your operational hours is to connect them with the Workflow module. By establishing a clear schedule, you can automatically trigger specific actions based on the time a customer reaches out. * Automated Away Messages: Ensure customers receive an immediate, polite response when they message you outside of working hours. * Expectation Management: Inform clients of your official operating schedules so they know exactly when to expect a live agent to follow up.

### ⚙️ How It Works 1. Define Your Schedule: Set your standard operational hours and time zone directly within this settings panel for each day of the week. 2. Link to Workflows: Once saved, these hours serve as a time-based condition inside your automation rules. 3. Trigger Responses: The system evaluates incoming messages against your predetermined business hours.
